My foundational yoga training is in Kripalu Yoga which emphasizes the body as primary teacher.  A full time instructor, I hold certifications to teach and facilitate yoga in Kripalu Yoga and Trauma Center's Trauma Sensitive Yoga and have specialized training in therapeutics, including Yoga Nidra certification through the Shiva Shakti School.   I offer classes that reflect an Ayurvedic seasonal awareness, to include supportive breathwork, classical yoga forms, and meditative opportunities that may bring about an awareness to the body and a relief from mental reaching ahead or behind the present moment.  These rest stops before, during and after postures or a sequence can have a therapeutic impact on the nervous system.    Regularly offered classes are focused mini-retreats, flow yoga, chakra yoga, yoga nidra, yoga basics, outdoor yoga and gentle yoga.
